Kayley has a BS in Interior Design from the Art Institute of San Diego. Her artistic eye and bent for perfectionism have bolstered her success designing model homes, commercial offices spaces, public spaces and high-end residential. In 2022 Kayley founded Niche Homes Studio, a boutique design firm based in Salt Lake City, designing nation wide. Kayley aspires to usher timeless, livable style to each project. She believes in client centered, researched based design and enjoys collaborating on interdisciplinary teams to ensure each project reaches its highest potential. Kayley’s strength and experience lies in helping building owners, real estate developers and real estate investors receive solid return on design investment through conscious budget maintenance and effective project management. When Kayley isn’t designing, she is exploring the great outdoors in every season with her husband and daughter.
